Hello, brother of mine. Hope everything is going well for you. I was just over at mom’s for mother’s day, and thought I’d leave you a blog. Work is going good for me. I work at Zales now. I have only been there since January and already am being promoted into a management program. So, that’s kinda cool. School is going alright. I am excited for the summer to be here, and for Carrie to have her baby. Well, my mind just went blank so I guess I’ll wrap this up. I’ll have to call you sometime. I think the last 10 times I’ve called you on accident. Ha ha. Sorry! Anyways, take care and have fun! Love ya!

2.26 Ghz? Scew that!
Who overclocks a Celeron? Apparently I do. For lack of better things to do and sheer utter curiosity I decided to figure out how to overclock a processor. And seeing my laptop runs hot enough as it is, (that and I can’t figure out how to get into BIOS) I’m left with my new 2.26 Ghz Celeron on the desktop.
I wasn’t even sure if you could overclock a Celeron, but I’m here to say yes, you can. And fairly nicely as well. I upped her to 3.0 Ghz (2.97 Ghz to be exact) and I could have gone further, but my motherboard doesn’t seem to support some key options.
So the Celeron D processors are pretty spiffy indeed. I surely wouldn’t choose one over a P4, but this little guy was $56. And that price for a 3 Ghz isn’t bad now is it? There’s been word of the 2.4 Cel D’s being over clocked to 3.8 Ghz stable! All you need is the right motherboard. Which I may have to aquire. =)
01.25.05Up n’ runnin.
I can’t believe it. The only hitch was I needed one more IDE cable. I picked that up in town and the computer works like a charm. I seriously can’t believe I didn’t screw anything up. Everything went exactly like it was supposed to. Either I know more than I thought, or anybody could do this.
Best of all… no AOL signups to be found!
01.22.05Owned!
The hooptie takes another hit! At least that damned deer is dead! Yes, my car has now suffered a collision on all four sides. This is a certifiable hooptie, folks.
It still seems to run, but what powers it is now a mystery, as this car has endured more punishment than any car should ever experience. A slow painful death. However it’s will to go forward remains. And it’s perhaps that will is the only means of propelling this wonder of mechanical debauchery.

The Mattrix Reloaded
Once again, online. Not sure how it feels yet. I went around trying to find an ol’ desktop that I could set up and leave online here at the place. But to no avail. So keep a look out for one cheap. I don’t really want to spend more than $200 for everything, monitor and all.
And one more thing… I’m back.
Blog Blog Blog
I CAN admit that I’ve never EVER heard of one of these before.
But I can also say that this is pretty freakin’ cool!
Hope to see you guys around! : )
well well
Welcome to the blog world. I’d listen in but you know I can’t, but I’ll still put my two cents in once and awhile. =)
Well, this is new for me.
Guess I just conformed to the masses. I’m a blogger. And I guess now you are too. I’m thinking of telling all my radio listeners about this site and seeing if anyone chimes in. I have one or two regular listners that might take part, and yes they are scary. So if anyone protests, speak your peace now.
I want to try to make this as much your place as it is mine. So I’ll kick crazy people out of here if it gets out of hand. So I guess if you get out of hand, you’re gone to. Sorry about that. Damn rules.
At anyrate. I’ll have internet at my house starting Tuesday. Theoretically. I don’t trust the phone company for a minute. But we’ll see. The required maintanence on this thing is far less that the old webpage. So it should be updated more often. But then again, I feel I’ve said that before…
