Patient in recovery
Oh! The abuse! Nala went under the knife Monday, and now she’s in recovery mode. Got her belly chopped up and her claws ripped out. Probably pretty painful. But she’s been good about it. A lot of laying around (at least more than usual). It’s cute, because there’ll be a sound or something dangling in front of her, and you can see in her eyes, that instinct to pounce, but she just moves too slow.
Seems like she’s more active this morning, going more from place to place, but still pretty slow. Poor cat. He he.

welp the holidays are over and now its back to work. I hate my job or one of them anyway becasue i babysit highschool kids and you know when i complain about how these kids behave people just tell me that well you were once a teenager.
YES i was, however, i was not a rich snobby teenager who got whatever i wanted and waited on hand and foot like these kids are when they go home. they expect us to be their slaves and cater to their every need. I dont give them any slack and they hate me because i dont let them get away with anything.

woo…..its another year. why do ppl make such a big deal outta new years? why do we spend thousands of dollars to cover new york in confetti? i guess i just dont get the whole new year eve thing.

I got the neatest treat from my lady-person (let’s face it, they aren’t our masters and if anyone owns anyone, we own them!) But this thing ranks right up there with catnip!!! It’s a water fountain just for me! I mean, it is just like getting to drink out of the goldfish tank! The water is cool and fresh…much better than drinking out of the toilet (has anyone else fallen in there?) It took the lady-person an hour to put the water fountain together and I had to help her A LOT! But this thing is definately this cat’s MEOW!
